Ozanteks Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is the owner of the Hobby Home Collection ( www.hobbyhomecollection.com ) website and all pages connected to it. Users who want to use the Site and the services offered on this Site must read these Terms of Use carefully before starting to use the Site. All members and visitors who log in to the Site, visit the Site, use it in any way, access the Site and/or connect to it in any other way ("User") declare, accept and undertake in advance that they will comply with the Hobby Home Collection Website Terms of Use set out on this page. The service that Hobby Home Collection will provide through the Site is the delivery of the products offered for sale on the Hobby Home Collection online shopping site to the customer by the cargo company within the promised time, without defects or damage, after the member has paid the price and if the stock status of Hobby Home Collection is suitable.

For membership;

Rules that users must follow:

1. Members accept and undertake that they will not make false or misleading statements regarding the information they provide when creating their identity and membership account, including using a pseudonym.

2. Members cannot give their usernames and passwords to other persons or organizations. The usage rights of the members belong only to them and cannot be used by others and/or transferred. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to compensation arising from such use. The Company may suspend or cancel the memberships of members who are detected to have used the site in violation of this article without any explanation. In the event that other members suffer damage due to the members' actions in violation of this article, the member in violation will be responsible for this damage and the Company will have no compensation or other liability whatsoever.

3. Members accept and undertake that all content they upload to the Website is accurate, that they will not include any content that may mislead third parties or organizations, that the published content has no relation or connection with the Company and that it only binds them.

4. The services provided on the Website cannot be used in any way that would constitute a crime, be illegal, threatening, disturbing, insulting, abusive or slanderous, defamatory, rude, pornographic or disruptive to public order, contrary to general morality, disturbing or harassing others, damaging personal rights, for an illegal purpose, violating others' privacy rights, intellectual and copyright rights, trademark rights or other property rights.

5. Members agree in advance that they will not reverse engineer the use of the Website or take any other action to find or obtain the source code, otherwise they will be liable for any damages that may arise to the Company and third parties.

6. While using the Website and in their communications within the Website, Members cannot produce or share content that is against general morality and etiquette, unlawful, violating the rights of third parties, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, violating personal rights, violating copyrights, encouraging illegal activities. Otherwise, the Company may suspend or terminate the memberships of these members and initiate the relevant legal processes.

Limitations of liability;

1. Members accept and declare that the Company has no responsibility to investigate the truth and accuracy of the information provided by members about themselves, to determine whether the display of such content and advertisements on the internet is lawful, and that the Company, its employees, partners and directors have no responsibility for the said content and any damages that may arise from them.

2. The Company makes no representations regarding the content of other websites which you may access from the Site. When you access a non-Company website from the Company website, please understand that it is independent from the Company, and that the Company has no control over the content of that website. A link to a non-Company website does not mean that the Company endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such website.

3. The Company assumes no responsibility for the software of the Website being free from any errors and whether the Website contains any viruses. If any software on this Website causes any damage to the software and/or hardware elements used by the Users, the Company cannot be held responsible for this.

Intellectual property rights

1. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights such as title, business name, brand, patent, logo, design, information and method on the Website belong to the Company or the specified relevant person and are under the protection of national and international law. Visiting the Website or using the services does not grant any rights regarding the said intellectual property rights.

1. Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any failure or delay in fulfilling any obligation under these Terms of Use due to force majeure. Force majeure is any unforeseeable and unavoidable event beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Members accept and declare that Denizli Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may arise regarding these Terms of Use.
