How Can You Apply To Our Company?

You can submit your requests within the scope of your rights enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Officer, by one of the following methods. Your request will be answered within 30 days in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698. However, if the transaction requires additional costs, no fee will be charged in the aforementioned Communiqué.

You can make your applications by filling out the PDPL Relevant Person Application Form and handing over the form, or via a notary, or with your REM address or by e-mail previously notified by you to our company and registered in our system.
